How to Obtain Armor

Blacksmith Forging

Visit a Blacksmith NPC in any town. Provide materials and blueprints to forge armor.

Blueprints

Find or buy blueprints that unlock armor crafting recipes. Required for forging.

Mob Drops

Some enemies drop armor directly. Better gear from higher level areas.

Forging Process

  1. Find a Blacksmith NPC in Caldera Town or other settlements
  2. Obtain the required blueprint for the armor you want
  3. Gather the necessary ores and materials (mined from The Cave, Laneus Mines)
  4. Pay the forging fee in gold
  5. Collect your new armor!
💡 Tip: The Cave in The Crossings has 2/3 of all ores. Focus farming there early on!

💡 Armor Tips

  • Armor is more important than weapons early game - prioritize defense
  • Higher tier armor requires materials from harder areas
  • Some armor has set bonuses when wearing multiple pieces
  • Check the Blacksmith's available recipes before farming materials
